With a background in Visual art, Louisa martinturned to sonic art with particular attention in composition and live improvisation. Louisa's method of composition has been described as 'drawing with sound'.
Ivar Grydeland plays acoustic/electric/pedal steel guitar and banjo. His mixture of finger picking technique, various types of bows, metal, propellers and electronic devices creates a personal and flexible sound.Grydeland also runs the Norwegian label for improvised music SOFA with fellow musician, Ingar Zach.
Ben Drew works in sound and video as well as heading the London MusiciansÕ Collective Ð and curator of the latest LMC festival. He forms a duo with Ivan Seal in the laptop duo Nish. Benedict has also worked with various improvisers.
